Help I can’t finish any of my methods

So I ordered meto from a Greek seller online and it's been a month so I guess it's not coming. I saw the night night method last night and thought "perfect finally a way out" but as I got further into the thread it's not easy to find the sweet spots and become faint. I then saw the carbon monoxide thread and I was like "what kind of tent? What kind of grill? Charcoal?" I have no clue about what to get and all the terms on the thread confused me so much. I'm not smart. Can someone help explain the methods so I can have better success? I just can't fail. Thank you

You can take SN without meto. It helps absorb the SN a little more quickly, and it inhibits but does not necessarily prevent vomiting.

People have taken meto and still vomited, still ctb'd. People have not taken meto and not vomited.

What's most important with SN is the right amount of SN (95% pure or higher) and the right amount of water, and not getting interrupted or calling for help. Stan's guide is very clear about how much SN and how much water. If you can do everything in the first sentence of this paragraph, ctb seems to be guaranteed.

In terms of preparation SN is the simplest ... All u need SN , meto helps but not necessary . Char coal method , night night, exitbag etc need some amount of work / prep is needed. So IMO u should stick to SN unless u want to research other methods

If you're going for the charcoal method, make sure you know how to light up the charcoal.

Yes SN is available in most countries easily ... U have to be careful about purity though and of course scammers.
