Help finding carotid sweet spot

I've been pressing around my neck with my hands for what feels like forever now and I can't quite find it. I can find a point where if I press down, I feel fullness in my head but not dizzy. What causes this fullness? Any help appreciated. Thanks all

The "fullness" is because you are only pressing your jugular vein, try pressing below your Adam's apple, apply quick and strong pressure
