• I've made it farther than I thought I could In life, and I'll keep going at this rate.
• Got a degree somehow even when depressed and planning my death.

Focusing on what I have accomplished, rather than what I should, has gone a long way for me. Even the little things, like at least I took out the trash! This is a big step.
