i found this on Lazada from China, does anyone know if this has the required purity?

I can read Chinese and the one on the right does say "high purity" in Chinese. But at this point given the helium shortage I would doubt that any balloon tanks would be 100% pure and it's important to be cautious because that isn't 100% confirmation that it means what you want it to mean.

You can use those for balloons, but not for the inert gas method. Don´t you get a refillable helium cylinder in your country ?
