Dying inside . I looked fir suicide methods but I don't have the means or the courage .

Sorry you're having such a hard time. Heartbreak is really not fun. You have come to a safe space on here. There are plenty of heartbroken and depressed people here.

You're welcome. There is a recovery forum on here. So yes, people recover. Dosen't mean it hurts less, just that they find a way out. I recovered when my last wife left me, so recovery is possible. It just hurts a little less as time goes by.

It took years in my case. One day I woke up and it just hurt less that day. Every day after it got a little better. I still have days where it hurt, but nothing like after she left me.

It must be really painful and hard to deal with what you are going through, life certainly is very cruel.
I'm sorry that you are trapped in this situation. I wish you relief.
