Heart rate went up to 168. Feel sweaty and cold. Got the shakes. Called for an ambulance and paramedics came and said I sound wheezy and that I possibly have a chest infection. I'm just ducking fed up.

That must be really awful what you are going through, I find it dreadful how existing here can very easily get much worse. But anyway best wishes.
