Haven't self harmed in a long time but feel like slashing my arms tonight

Been years since I cut or burned myself intentionally but the urges never decrease. I expect they'll be with me for life and it's only a matter of time before I relapse again. Right now is feeling like that time, I want to bang my head on the walls and use a razor or lighter on my skin tonight Jesus Christ

I get that. Physical self harm has never been my cup of tea. But if it was, I think I'd be very good at it (I'm very methodical). I've been known to do a few things but nothing that leaves permanent scars.

Yea, I feel you. I just cut for the first time in a while. It sucks, but it's the most alive I've felt in a while...
