• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Mental fatigue becomes routine. Early mornings are hard and anxiety knocks on my door during the day. Calling on those around me to give me a hug of comfort. Devising techniques to make the crisis go away in less than 1 second. I don't want to think I have to do CTB to stop suffering.

Do you have any tips or advice for those who have suffered from this?

It's such a difficult thing to try to control but i try to distract myself with music, watch videos, talk to my friends, go for a walk outside, or writing in a journal. For me, the best thing is to be around people - anyone. if you're able to, just try to surround yourself with people. maybe play video games if you can, anything to take the edge off safely.
