you can post normal images all you want as long as you're not spamming them
but when it comes to pictures of self-harming then it's a grey area, there is a rule against using NSFW avatars and signatures but I don't see any mentions of just posting such images in a post
so I guess it should be fine if you put it in a spoiler with a warning?
