I have! I did it for a few months while partially hospitalized. It was a part of the program and I figured why not? Free treatment is free.
I didn't notice many improvements emotionally, but it did help me greatly with sleep. It's has always posed a serious issue for me even with minipress ( a medication sometimes used to help with flashbacks and nightmares ), so. If you're not paying out-of-pocket and can't sleep for the life of you, it's not bad!
Nothing to be afraid of either. You just have some electrodes pasted to your head and watch a scripted video or do an activity. Very non-invasive and pretty laid back. Just let them know if you've done TMS before though, since apparently it can cause issues.
