When I was a young lad I tested the street version and remember feeling what I would say as feeling zero depression and being really social and calm and I have very bad social anxiety so that's never a thing on a normal day.

I know the clinical trials are more on the micro dose side and can be expensive has anyone tried clinical k and had luck with it to ease depression and is it worth the price insurance doesn't seem to cover it yet.

There are some OTC sleep aids that might be worth experimenting with like GABA.

Yes I've had some success with ketamine. However I have a lot of trauma from the last 15 years I'm unpacking but I think ketamine saved my life over the last two years. I go to the clinic for Spravato and it's covered by my insurance

I am also microdosing with troches -- not for anxiety or depression but for pain management, and it has actually helped more than any of the changes they have made in quite a while.

I most likely do have situational anxiety due to childhood shit and PTSD but have never treated it. Thing is, now that I am taking the ketamine I sleep better (nightmares are a thing of the past) amd my crazy pacing thing I used to blame on my pain levels are a lot better.

I dunno. My husband died about the same time I started the troches so I can't discount that also having a positive effect on my mental health -- I loved him and I think he loved me but we were a hot mess on a good day -- but as long as we were together I really don't think he kept me actively wound up. It was more just the daily "God I hope he doesn't start his shit the SECOND he comes thru the door. Maybe he'll come home in a good mood for once" kinda thing. 😉

So anyway I'm going with the ketamine has actually helped me explanation. 🤷🏻
