Discussion Has any one hit them self alot ?

I use to hit my self untill i was black and blue one day i hit my self so hard i nock my self out. I did so i could just fell sum thing the like pain best thing now i cant get away from the pain its they all the time. You could say my pain all most like a loyal friend bin by my side most of my life never lift me for any one else .

Anything I can get my hands on as long as it doesn't do any serious damage. I want to hurt myself but I don't. The cardboard tube cling films wrapped around does the trick. Heavier than a toilet roll but not a baseball bat. The person who did those stupid things should suffer but I don't want to if that makes any sense

I have hit myself in the past. In the head & face for being so stupid. I haven't done it hard enough to knock myself out. I'm kind of a pussy.
I guess it's a good thing when one is punching themselves. I wish I had some good advice but I don't.
