Is a plant and a natural MAOI anti-depressant.

I have tried nearly eberything now, but this is coming this week. A few people on Reddit find it helpful for depression.

My head is too sore and stupid atm to share the research on it, but it's worth a look. Doseage is important amd you take it with lemon balm.

Apparently, it increases the mythological BDNF too...

I will say this works a bit. Day 2. I am also, maybe stupidly, combining it with a little ritalin. Anyway, the harmala by itself , I had 320 mg tjis AM of extract/powder in capsules, with some lemon balm. It does help with my fatigue, but a bit agitated. Then, I had 10 mg ritalin, then another 160 mg in the evening.

Considering harmala/Maoi takes time to work, this is not a terrible result.

Im always posting this stuff then it stops wprking....but I think harmala/Syrian Rue worth trying. Check your contraindications etc. My brain not working well enough to post em. I.migjt post some links here though, as killing time till I can curl up in fromy of a tv
