Hard time getting SN

I can't order online because my parents will find out and even though I am 18 My mother is always checking my purchase history. She isn't dumb she knows what Sn does and what i might specifically use it for. I need to get a Sn from a physical store. Does anyone know what type of store might sell SN. Or if you know an actual specific store near mmy location pm please. Visa gift card wont work because i am out of america and

I don't think you'll find any. It's rare enough finding it online. You're better off looking for ways to hide your purchase history
