So my method is hanging. But I can't perform full suspension because once I tried it in my washroom with the ceiling fan but I was unsuccessful and the fan from then onwards started making noises. It made my family suspicious about my intentions. Now I only have the option of hanging from the grill of my room window but this is difficult as when I hang from the grill using a cloth my feet touch the ground. I do not know whether it is full suspension or partial but I have tried it many times and I have failed. What should I do?
