I've done extensive research and debating between different methods over the years. I strongly believe hanging (full suspension) is one of the best method to CTB.

i've done it a few times and experienced zero pain and it was lights out in like 1-2 seconds. you have to do it right tho. the only thing that failed me was the rope breaking each time.
