Method Hanging

Can somebody guide me into the right direction with CTB by hanging! I know that this can be done in so many ways, but I want to know which is the FASTEST and least PAINFUL way of hanging?
I'd appreciate any help given..

sorry I wanted to say that drop hanging you are dead instantly, suspension hanging has to be unconfortable for 10 seconds.

Its not the same for everyone. It needs some practise..
