Help Hanging with belt

Is partial hanging with a belt the same as with a rope? is there a specific way id have to have the belt?
I think im ready to leave now, it never gets better

A belt has a bigger area of contact than a rope, therefore it applies less pressure to your neck. It does work, though, you just gotta make sure of the position of the noose on your neck.

make sure you can anchor the belt in the most reliable way (i've tried it and know it's pretty hard to do).

also, make sure your belt is strong enough to support your weight.

as you have already been told above, it applies less pressure to your neck.
however works pretty well... and doesn't hurt as much as rope.

but i still recommend a strong rope (if you can get it)...
because it is much more reliable than anything else.
as for the thickness... in my opinion, from 8mm for partial and from 10mm for full

the way a belt sits on your neck is different, and I would be more careful about the strength and possible snapping, but suicide with a belt is possible.
