Every cradle is a grave

Hi, I'm a very skinny female 42kg/ 105lbs, I have researched all the methods and have issues with anything that requires antiemetics because of my health issues. That only leaves hanging as an option however although I can easily feel my pulse in my left side of the neck my throat is too prominent from being too skinny. What I want to ask is if this prominent throat won't make me asphyxiate instead of passing out from cutting the blood flow or if the trachea won't just break feom the pressure. I have a 1cm climbers rope and a solid rock anchor point. I'm thinking of taking some ambien or alprazolam before to relax a bit. Any advice is very welcome. Thanks

Is it specifically full suspension? If so then don't worry, you will pass out quickly as long as you have a good rope or other ligatures.

Yes would be full suspension without having done any « rehearsals » must work at first try.

Which side should the knot go? Under left or right ear?

Both sides (also back) will do the job but I read left is more better.

Placing the knot under the left ear just at the base of the jaw results in maximum compression on the right side. I know a lot of folks ask about a hangman's noose but a slip knot will work best. It will draw tighter than the traditional hangman's noose.

I can feel my pulse very easily on the left side but almost can't on the right side, which one would be better to place the knot in this case?

Is it better to do full or partial suspension? Does the knot the same in both methods?

The carotid artery and the external jugular are located on the right side of the neck. The left side is the internal jugular which may be the pulse you feel on you left side.

I thought the carotid arteries run on both sides of the neck? At least that is what I gathered from looking at anatomy pics...
