Firstly, full suspension is far more easily effective than partial.
The nylon strap is the only ligature that's ever worked for me. Sheets, towels, etc. were wholly ineffective from my experience. The strap was formally used as a built in belt from the pants I bought.
It can hold the weight, I hung from it with my arms just to test if it would hold, it did. It appears intearable.
The confounding variable here is the willpower to execute (no pun intended). What's prevented me from dying hitherto was simply saving myself, I've passed the point of no return before, wherein someone else saved me, but in post attempts it was merely my tendency to cease the act.
Also, it's difficult to, but try not to think. It doesn't help anything. Only prolongs suffering.
