In the following video, the girl in the demonstration hangs until she is dizzy, then apparently stands up and immediately passes out. She makes it look so easy. How did she do it? How do you fight off the survival instinct? Is there a way to compress the carotid artery without the panic mode activating so you can just faint?

She went in knowing she wouldn't die. I mean, I'm pretty sure she still had some reservations... but I was fine doing something similar when I was younger. You'd sit for a few minutes and then stand real fast, someone then immediately rear naked chokes ya. Or something like that. The pass out challenge I believe it was
