The thought of the rope slipping off worries me the most and I wouldn't be surprised if it did. Yes, I've tested it out before and actually tried to hang myself a few times but wasn't able to completely lose consciousness. If the rope could just stay in one place, I'd feel more comfortable for when my body thrashes around.
