I followed the partial hanging advice but im still here. I hang for over 5 mins but dont black out. I followed the steps completely.
Is there something thats missing but isnt mentioned in the hanging guide?

I prefer partial hanging over full suspension.

You need to hit the sweet spot, which is the exact place in the neck your carotid arteries are. It's quite hard and many spend ages attempting it with no luck. I've been trying for 7 months now. I think I'll switch to full suspension. It's easier to achieve

How did it feel for 5 mins was it painful?
