If you're really sure you want to kill yourself then Sodium Nitrite (SN) would be a better way of going about. If you fail with the hanging method you might get brain damage from not getting enough oxygen. You share the same risk with Sodium Nitrite but, at an effective dose, the chances of surviving are really low. It's a more peaceful way to go and you can get about 100 grams of it for 25 dollars. I think that after all only you can choose what is the best method for yourself. The hanging method scares me and I envy those with the courage for it, but I guess all that anyone can do if they wish to succeed is to do their own research as of course it's always possible to go through with it, if that's what one wishes for. But it does sound like a difficult method to succeed with to me and I would fear something going wrong if I tried to attempt with it. It's unfair how suicide has to be so difficult for us but anyway I wish you the best.

I hear that hanging isn't the best method, i also hear that SN is a really good method and a lot of people prefer CTB this way.
(I will most likely do this method)

But if your preferred method is hanging I suggest hanging yourself in a way your neck will snap instantly. Instead of leaving you hanging for awhile where your SI comes into play.
