Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm just trying to figure out I have a rope and a scarf and a stable place to hang them from. When you tie the slip knot can somebody please help me with that part and does it really need to be a knot on your carotid artery? Please get back to me ASAP
there are various opinions on this. the most detailed info is in Lostallhope website under hanging
I'm not sure, but is the knot the tightest part or is it better if the rope is against your carptid artery/ies and the knot then pulls it tight
