Im planning to ctb by hanging on a utility pole, not sure if i do partial or full suspension, it depends on the conditions there.
Im just wondering, maybe this question/problem is stupid but, what if my SI kicks in and its gonna be too strong? Would i be able to stop what im doing by idk standing on something, getting my head out of the noose? As far as i know it doesnt take long until you loose consciousness.
I want to be prepared for every option, im sure i want to ctb cause ive been suicidal for like 4 years now, im just really not sure how its gonna go. Im pretty confident but i know in these moments a lot o things can happen.
I was also thinking about taking xanax before so i wont be stressed.
