Had to postpone ctb again

Made a promise that I wouldn't kill myself until I heard back from disability determination services and they're saying it's going to take an extra month for them to have an answer, so now I have to postpone again. I'm so tired of being in pain all the time, staying alive for even longer is torture. I don't know what I'm gonna do to make it through this month

I don't know what "disability determination services" is. What exactly is it that they do?
