Had the first good day in a while

Hung out with my boyfriend all day yesterday celebrating his 20th birthday. I always liked that he was born on St. Patty's day, it's kinda funny.

I planned out his birthday for a couple weeks. It was a surprise party. I baked vegan cookies and non vegan cupcakes with homemade from scratch. Came out pretty good, his brother came and picked them up from my house while my boyfriend was out.

We went out to the downtown area of my city and I bought him some little punk rock pins at the record store (I had already gotten him presents but I wanted to treat him lol). We walked around and we passed by a little antiques store that had $3 rings at the front, and I joked that one of them should be my promise ring because he still hasn't bought one for me yet... and he promptly bought me one I liked (:




Then when we drove home, his family was there to say "surprise" when we walked in. The friends that I invited didn't come, but it's okay, we had fun alone together. His family enjoyed the desserts and we all drank and just had a good time.

It made me happy that he had a good day. He deserves to be happy. He's such a good person and I love him a lot - it's part of the reason I'm still alive, if not the main reason. (:

It indeed is! It was my first time baking cupcakes so I was pretty happy they came out good. Frosting was the hard part lol.
