I guess it depends on the state you will have to check your local laws, I guess any pro gun advocate website will have that info
Look for states without red flag laws, likely Arizona. My state has a no gun policy for individuals institutionalize within 5 years, lucky me lolI think you can even get an unlicensed gun, I know this 16 years old who took her life by using a gun.
