Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Seems unlikely (very) unlikely to kill, plus childrens vitamins are much lower dosages than ours for adults

Death by hypervitaminosis is quite rare, it doesn't even show up in official statistics. At best eating too much of this stuff will make you ill, nothing more.

With that said, I did find at least one report of death by hypervitaminosis D, from India.
https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12098-016-2109-z

A 10-year old boy died after being erroneously prescribed a dose 30 times higher than the recommended dosage.

Despite the statistical oddity cited above, this is not a feasible suicide method by any stretch of the imagination.

It'd be easier to just drink a few bottles of visine and die. Just as easy and cheap to acquire.

I remember a nurse telling that I could OD on Vitamins, she was worried after I told her how many Bvitamins I was consuming daily.

@Deathbygummybears I mean you could od from vitamins but it could be slow and painful. I took too much iron once and I was fucked for what seemed like forever.

Generally selenium is the easiest ingredient in vitamin supplements to overdose on, most gummy vitamins I've seen don't have it though.

@Maravillosa constipation wasn't my issue actually (yay for vegetarianism?) The thing that I remember the most is that the nausea was crippling. And I was always tired. It was beyond a bad reaction, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't eat, it was brutal. The symptoms gradually went away when I stopped the iron. Now I take, or rather I used to take prenatals, which have less iron.

Edit: I should clarify that I was not trying to ctb. I have an iron deficiency
