Beyond guilt, life also physically horrible.

Broken, destroyed almost to the point of suicide. Unable to take the final step.

What are you guilty of maybe it´s not as bad as you might think although it´s of course subjective to each individual what we can handle.

I've done some things, varying from questionable to horrible, but I've come to realise that I wasn't in my right mind when acting, so learned to forgive myself.

Sometimes you need to let go of guilt, as in certain instances, even though you're the person acting, it simply wasn't your fault.
