Time to move on

I am in excruciating physical pain, and I have decided to stop taking opiates in effort to do my work, I am self-employed. Work a few times a week, but even that is difficult with all the symptoms.

Things cannot get much worse than this. My plan is to see to my specialist and discuss the cost of an intraspinal micro-stimulation implant. Also going for dementia screening, it seems like the benzos that I have been taking for 20 years caused severe cognitive damage.

The reason why I am leaving SS ; my life is already filled with negativity, and I dont see it getting any better on here, if I am forced to leave (financial depletion, more things going wrong with my body), I wont announce it on the internet, so there is no point really...

Hey Luten, sorry life has been giving you pains and troubles. Always enjoyed your posts in recovery since it breathed a bit of life back into it. Definitely get that dementia screening done, I'm having it done next week. Good luck
