Hi everyone, I have started 3 day schedule from today as below

23 March

5:00 pm --> 1×10mg domperidone
1:00 am --> 1×10mg domperidone

24 March

9:00 am --> 1×10mg domperidone
5:00 pm --> 1×10mg domperidone
1:00 am --> 1×10mg domperidone

25 March

9:00 pm --> 1×10mg domperidone
5:00 pm --> 1×10mg domperidone
1:00 pm --> 3×10mg domperidone
1:40 pm --> 25gm SN followed by paracetamol and a normal sleeping tab(I got kinda funny one , it's melatonin but by some company which are dissolving strips, just put one on your tongue, but it works surprisingly....it will work as mouth freshener lol)

I will keep updating it.

And also I am not much sure, should I take paracetamol before sn or after sn, would really appreciate if you help me out. And also please can anyone talk with me lol like just normally, I don't want sympathy...just to make my mood alright:) love you all <3

I think I would take the paracetamol 20-30 mins before the SN personally. Hope you achieve what you're searching for with your decision, my heart goes out to you.

As said above, taking paracetamol after Sn is against recommended protocol and almost certainly counterproductive.
