Actually I'm not 100% sure about it. But this is all I have. PPeH says 10g is enough.
I'm a pretty small guy and haven't had medications or chronic alcohol use before.
I hope it works in 10hrs. Should I bother looking for some more?

I think you know your plans best, but if you're asking me then I'd say definitely make sure your plan is as solid as possible beforehand, of course. Good luck
