I wonder if any one else here experiences a lot of ups and downs. I joined this site a few days ago on a day when I was having obsessive suicidal thoughts. Next day I felt better than I had in a long time. More energy, motivated to clean, go out, and socialize. Today's kind of in between. On the down days I can relate to a lot of the content on here. On good days, I feel like maybe I don't belong here.

Is this anyone else experience? If so, what's the ratio of good, ok, bad days?

For sure. Now I just need to figure out how to make another one happen.

Any idea why fri/sat? Just curious.

For me sundays are tough. And any weekday evening where I have time on my hands and no interest in doing anything.

Wow I definitely relate to this. It's like I'm constantly being the monkey in the middle. Must be SI or something, it's usually after a breakdown where I'll look at my reflection and think that I'm overreacting and things aren't actually that bad.

I definitely experience this. on my good days, even if i deal with mild depression i feel like i can hang on for a while. on my bad days i feel like i need to ctb that night. If i have a day that i dont have to do anything, those are the worst days for me. it lets me sit in my thoughts and i just end up convincing myself that i should die.

Usually people party on Friday and Saturdays. Almost every weekend I am home alone on my computer while others are enjoying their life.
