I'm back to cutting again and I had promised my self to never do that again, I've been drinking again and that too was a promise to myself and I broke that too. I have no self respect and I don't want to disappoint anyone ever again.
I wish someone would sit and have conversations while I do the deed , but that too is impossible.

Adicction and mental health issues are 4 life mate. Its ok to relapse once in a while and to be self aware of the harm you are inflicting in yourself and others. Im trying to stay sober too. Your pain is very well understood. Whatever u will do or already did, i hope u find your own peace of mind.

It's okay to have broken that promise to yourself (self harm and drinking)

It's a difficult cycle to break… how long did you go/last since the last time you did it?

I have the same issue but with cigarettes - I'm shocked and disappointed in how difficult it is to quit but I noticed a pattern and am learning to go from 20 a day to 5

I was so angry at first but gradually stayed on 5

Your self harm will heal

Your body can be flushed of alcohol

You can feel calmer

But if it just doesn't appeal, I understand.
