So I've been in severe depression for 18 months or so, since spring 2019 basically and am genuinely only feeling signs of getting out of it only now. Covid meant nothing to me. 2019 was so fucking worse than 2020 for me. But that's a good thing for now right? The last fortnight I've had maybe 1 bad day out of 14.

Fuck.

Do I actually wanna live???

One bad day out of 14 sounds pretty freaking amazing! Definitely a good thing.

There really is no shame in deciding to see if you can find something worthwhile in being alive.
