I +1 that, it's much easier to get the supplies down there, the only tricky part would be finding the places to go, I'm thinking that if you just kept on trying pet shops around there you'll eventually find one that will sell the N to you
Then it's just down to getting a motel to stay at while you let the drugs kill you. Best part to is you won't need any money for the trip back!
OP, if you don't mind me asking where would you have to fly from?

The Mexico search for a N sounds good. Plus, it's one last adventure. I would like to make a suggestion though. As someone who speaks Spanish fluently and has been to many Hispanic countries. Mexico wise I was only in Cancun.
Avoid the small towns. Don't get me wrong. Maybe you'll get lucky. But for the most part you'll stick out like a sore tumv being an outsider since rvrrnofy knows each other. They might socially be friendlier but when selling things like drugs, their obviously under more watch and scrutiny.
I'd say to go to one of the bigger cities. More options. Less control.
I myself having been to Cancun and seeing how truly corrupt it is. I'd say to go there. Not that I'm saying it's some magically place but I'll put it this way. I bribed a cop so we wouldn't get in trouble for the weed. We were on a hotel, someone called the cops. And I even ended up being able to score drugs from him. Not that I'm suggesting that.
But I think of it this way. More tourism equals more corruption.

The PPH needs an update on South America.
Since I've become a member, I've read posts by more than a few Mexicans who were desperate to find N. because A. doesn't send within in Mexico.
They were fluent in Spanish, had a car but even in the heartland of Mexico they couldn't find a vet willing to sell N. to them.
I'm not saying nobody should go but count in failure.
I haven't read any succes stories.
Peru & Bolivia also seem to be dried up after a few high profile suicide cases.
