Going to drink sn at 00:00 est

Hi everyone, this should be my last post. I'm going to use sn method by following 48 hrs regimen. Here's my plan:

16:00 fasting (already started), minimum water intake + 10 mg metoclopramide
22:00 stop water
23:00 600mg Ibuprofen
23:15 3 x 10 mg metoclopramide
23:30 double dose of antacid
00:00 drink

I want to emphasize that we should have the right to choose to be alive or not.

600mg Ibuprofen???

Ibuprofen is already a placebo anti-pain drug that won't help you achieve anything, why would you increase the amount on something on that's not effective. This is literally like an over the counter drug that gives you 0 positive side effects.
