going to ctb tomorrow is it bad i’m excited?

i've waited months for it to be the right time and now that it's come im so excited, i'm going to have the most beautiful death i truly can't wait. i do however feel a bit ashamed at my excitement as i know it's a taboo thing to be excited for. i dunno maybe i'm just crazy and that's ok . but a bit of reassurance wouldn't hurt

Personally the thought of my ending brings me a sense of calm and relief. Im ready for this existence to end, just haven't found a viable way of doing it yet

i don't think it's wrong to be excited. personally, when thinking how i have slowly become closer to my ready date, i too get excited. in fact i feel like it's a good sign, you most likely know your ready. i'm pretty sure i'll be ready in a week or two, and i'm just patiently anticipating for the day to come, i just have to get some stuff done first. i think the reason i'm excited is because i'll finally be able to join my best friend who died a few months ago. we'll finally get to reunite once more :)

I was excited the day I was going to ctb, I'm always excited when I have a set date and that day is coming closer and closer. I personally don't think its wrong, but my opinion may of course be biased.

That's normal to be excited for a big thing. I was excited before my failed attempt. I could sleep well and enjoyed every minute.

im excited too. if i lived alone id ctb in a heartbeat but i live with family that leaves me alone once/twice a year. if i try and get found it would be just horrible. so if i do it it gotta be perfect, no space for mistakes. thats why i try not to get too excited because my nearest chance will be summer and no point to rush it before that and get it botched so ironically i try to find reasons to live till then.

Same here. Circumstances don't allow me to do it in a relaxed place and way so I'm waiting until I have the space to do it in a relaxed way. I'm excited too!
