Girl killed herself using mixture of over the counter pills - which ones could they be?

I found this article where a girl died in her sleep after taking a mixture of over the counter drugs and I'm just wondering what they could be. Does anyone have any ideas?

I had always thought over the counter drugs would, at best, lead to a slow and painful death but this article seems to suggest that there might be a potentially fatal combination that has quite quick results.

It's so sad because it looks like her mum thinks she didn't really want to die but somehow she managed to do it quite easily. And here some of us are who really want to die and just wish it could be that easy and peaceful.

Tylenol ( acetaminophen ) is likely one of the over the counter drugs used. I would be surprised it it wasn't one of them.

forgot to add that if an unsuccessful attempt is made, complications or the state of the vegetable are possible... or throw up and a couple of days (weeks) will be bad

Yah there is a survival possibility and it's nothing compared to Nembutal.
Thought I would answer OP's question as it's how most adolescents end their life when it comes to over the counter drugs. Risk of destroying the liver and or comma are possibilities. I think rumour has it that Eminem attempted suicide with it but failed obviously.

They may have omitted some things owing to who she's related to, and that newspaper is not a trustworthy source for the truth.

It is possible to ctb using otc pills. It's just finding the right combination.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I had read about the potential organ damage, which is why I've never tried it. I also don't want it to look for a cry for help - as a paracetomal overdose often is. But seeing that article gave me a bit of hope. I've been struggling with partial for a couple of months now.

Also, a girl I know told me recently that she suffered from depression because her best friend killed herself and I asked how and said paracetamol overdose. She said she took a really massive amount and I had to stop myself from asking for more questions as it would not only seem insensensitive but also suspicious.
