Tomorrow I'm going to grab some stuff at my local store.. In the amount of time I've spent looking on this thread, it seems to me like the Night Night method is the most appealing to me, mainly because I can back out if it's really too frightening for me. I'll put a link to it at the end of this post.
I don't think I'm going to CTB tomorrow, but I feel like it would make me feel better knowing I had a way out. That, if I needed, I could have a little test trial before I call everything quits.
But... I'll be sure tokeep a pair of scissors nearby in case I can't get the tape off or I wrap it too tight. Maybe I'll practice some short, lack of breathing exercises.
Anyone know how to induce a feeling similar that's non fatal for practice??
