Getting antiemetics in the US

Does anyone know any good sources for getting antiemetics in the US? I wanna go to the doctors to get some but I'm a terrible liar and I need to CTB soon

I had/have gerd. Doc did not prescribe me meto. I only got Omeprazole, which I took for 8 years.
