Getting ADs in US

Can someone PM me, or help me or recommend an Anti-D? I would like to try something that helps with energy level, aches / pains before i go the route of SN as a last resort. As mentioned in a previous thread, for reasons surrounding medical checks which would result in immediate dismissal barring from performing my duties if medically documented, an RX prescription is not an option for me.

Be aware there's often some trial and error with anti-depressants, and some people don't always tolerate them well in terms of side-effects.

I would encourage you to thoroughly and patiently explore this route before planning to CTB.

You might want to go read the recovery forum. There are several people who are experimenting with different supplements and things like that.
