I was bored so I took a picture of what 25g of SN would be. I took table salt and the scale to get an idea. I made 3+1/2 tablespoons (as described in various recipes to come up with 25g of sugar). I better understand those who have already taken it and described its taste... (the bottle is 50ml):
everyone should buy a cheap digital scale. The pictures lack a size reference, and the 25g in the picture looks larger than I think most would take away from looking at it in real life.
25 g of SN is about a tablespoon, but could be slightly more based on moisture content, so you may want to check your specific weights of sugar versus SN, which is almost exactly the same SW as table salt. Do it again with table salt and post a pic ..... if so desired.

You are right that in volume it could change and therefore the quantity. I wanted to check that the scale worked and I didn't expect it to be so accurate. Maybe when the time came I would upload the photos with the SN.
