How long will it take to pass out? I have an abnormally long breath-holding time (like 3 minutes), and some people pass out by 2 minutes.

Full suspension cuts off blood supply to your brain, which is different than holding your breath. Ideally is takes less than 30 seconds.

It is said that with hanging, you need to cut-off the blood supply to the brain, and not the air supply to your lungs, or else it will be a "difficult", or more uncomfortable than it needs to be, experience.
