Full suspension hanging

Hey all,

I'm planning on exiting using full suspension hanging and was wondering if there's a way to pass out and lose consciousness before falling into the noose?

Any ideas/experiences with this?

Its an interesting thought and doesn't seem sensible at first, but I can see why you would want to.

What would make more sense would be to have the noose tied and support yourself precariously while passing out from some benzos or something. Yet it still doesn't seem practical... Just throwing ideas out there
