I'm 165cm and 40kg (Hoping to be 36kg when I cbt). I'm gonna do it from a thick tree branch in the woods. My feet will dangle a few meters in the air. I was planning on buying this rope. It's 5 meters and 12mm. Is it too thin or too thick? Do you think I'd need padding for my neck? (I don't care if it hurts or not) What knot would be best for full suspension? Thanks again.

'Sup. I am not a professional but i've already read a lot about that and this message might help you. I've heard about people hanging with a scarf so i believe this rope is totally okay, just be careful to idk wrap something around in the area that you are going to put in your neck so you won't get cuts/bruises or something (while doing it). Make sure the branch is strong enough. Padding is optional i suppose. A slipknot is well-known for being very useful in this ocasion and it's easy to do, and it tightens pretty much easily. I am so sorry that you no longer got choices. I wish you the best. Here are some following methods in case you need it.
