What can i use to test my full suspension setup if it will work at my neck instead of using my neck? Get to know if the rope behaves as it should do (knot doesn't get loose, noose stays in position and gets tight enough, etc.)?

If the rope will hold your full weight without breaking then there's nothing you need to test. Just tie a slipknot and let gravity do the rest.
