Loss is the worst!

(for context, I am 18 years old)
I am still attending highschool. I've been taking dual enrollment classes through my local community college, which makes me eligible to sign up for 3 free therapy sessions.
My parents, my only source of support, slowly started to stop supporting me after I turned 18. They've always complained about taking care of me, and about my mental health issues. They quite literally celebrated without me when I turned 18 because they were happy that they could legally abandon me if they wanted. They refused to pay for my therapy, and often would skip taking me to doctor's appointments.
Now that I'm 18, I can sign up for free therapy programs without their permission. I have held off of killing myself for so long in hopes that seeing a (non-religious) therapist might change my perspective on things.
I booked an online therapy session for friday. Wish me luck!!
